For recognition: first send a field report to the International Office
According to the new guidelines of the International Dean, together with the application for recognition (on which the program coordinator has converted the grades) an experience report in pdf form must still be sent by the student directly to the IO, so that the application is signed and can be submitted to the examination office.
If the report already exists and was created for ERASMUS- Mobility Online or a scholarship provider, it can be used. Please send it by pdf to us.
Otherwise, please simply use the following template.
This will ensure that sufficient up-to-date reports are available for next year’s applicants.
