Time goes by quickly and I would like to remind you that applications for the Summer school 2023 – “CZECH IT OUT 2023” is approaching.

It is my pleasure to invite you to the Summer school 2023 organized by the Faculty of Informatics and Management.

The Summer School will take place from 8th July until 8th August, 2023.

 

Important Information

Participants: students of foreign universities, students FIM UHK, expected number 80
Lecturers: teachers from FIM UHK, other faculties, or external teachers
Organization: team of FIM UHK employees + 3 – 5 hostesses (students of FIM UHK)
Passing the summer school: completion of the summer school is worth 6 credits

 

Expected schedule

08.07. – 09.07. arrivals of students and accommodation at dormitory UHK
10.07.   9:30 am welcoming students, afternoon lessons
11.07. – 06.08. lessons according to schedule (see the details below)
07.08.   9:00 am closing ceremony, handing over certificate ceremony
07.08. – 08.08. departures of students

 

Weekly schedule

Monday 2×4 hours morning and afternoon block – mainstream lessons (3x IT, 3x business)
Tuesday 2×4 hours morning and afternoon block – mainstream lessons (3x IT, 3x business)
Wednesday company tour
Thursday 2×4 hours morning and afternoon block – mainstream lessons (3x IT, 3x business)
Friday academic talk (4 hours)
(the above activities are compulsory for students)

 

Full payment deadline

tuition-fee: 600 EUR
accomodation: 390 EUR (the price includes max 31 nights)
accompanying program: 120 EUR

 

Early Bird payment deadline

April 10th 2023 discount of 100 EUR for students who apply and pay before April 10th 2023, 23:59 CET
