Important information on learning agreements, language certificates etc. for ERASMUS outgoers in 25/26

What’s next?

* Once you have been nominated (this happens normally between April and June), the partner university will usually contact you and give you information about accommodation, formalities and course selection. For information on the ERASMUS Mobility Platform, please refer to the information you receive from there or the previous experience reports to find out who your contact person is there for Learning Agreements.

* When preparing the learning agreements, please note the difference between WiSo-LA (each individual LS is responsible for the actual recognition) and ERASMUS-LA.

* The ERASMUS-LA formalities are clarified between you, the partner university and S-INT in Erlangen. The form for this comes from Erlangen, but you can also use one with the same content from the host university if time is already tight there. On the ERASMUS LA, I sign for WiSo with reference to the WiSo LAs.

* S-INT Erlangen will send you an info package/video explaining the whole process after you have registered in the Mobility database. Following this, we will offer a joint information event for questions&answers on ERASMUS on 5.June, 5 p.m. in presence form in Nürnberg, Lange Gasse H6, where is also possibility to connect and exchange adresses.

* If the partner university requires a current language certificate, please request an official certificate from the Language Centre (the email from the winter semester that some students use for their internal application is usually not sufficient).
