Summer School an der NTU Taiwan
Hallo liebe Sinologen und Interessierte,
allen, die im Sommer ihr Chinesisch aufbessern, Taiwan kennenlernen oder einfach eine internationale Erfahrung machen möchten, bietet die National Taiwan University folgende Sommerkurse:
| +1 Summer Intensive Program for Chinese Language & Culture |
Session I July 01 – July 26, 2013 (four weeks)
Session II August 05 – August 30, 2013 (four weeks)

NTU’s Summer+1 makes you experience an East Asian culture and gain Mandarin Chinese competence during four weeks. The program is based on a unique mix of Exploring Taiwan courses and Mandarin Chinese lessons. Every Exploring Taiwan course is conducted in English and studies a different environmental, historical or sociocultural facet of Taiwan. Weekly field trips and social activities, such as calligraphy and martial arts classes, are offered for deeper immersion into East Asian civilization.
| +4 Summer Program for Biotechnology |
August 19, 2013 – August 30, 2013 (two weeks)
Application period ends in May 30th 2013!
With NTU’s Summer+4 program (two weeks), conduct laboratory research in NTU’s state-of-the-art laboratories during the first week, then take part in an Animal Biotechnology Laboratory Practicum and benefit from hands-on training during the second week. You will study with distinguished NTU professors to examine core techniques of biotechnological research. The medium of instruction is English and students can explore different research interests upon discussions with professors.
| +5 Global LEAD Summer Program |
June 30, 2013 – July 27, 2013 (four weeks)

Run by NTU’s College of Management, the new Summer+5 program seeks to give you a real career advantage in four weeks: you will develop global business skills, bring yourself up to speed on Asian economic trends and become more familiar with the commercial culture of companies in Greater China.
| +6 International Economic and Trade Law Summer Program |
June 03, 2013 – June 21, 2013 (three weeks)
Application period ends in April 30th 2013!
NTU’s Summer+6 three-week intensive program explores international economic law, including WTO law, international business transaction law and commercial arbitration. All courses are in English and comprise case discussion.
