University/Programme co-ordinators are professors who are responsible for the allocation of places and for advising students about the exchange progamme in general: they are responsible externally for maintaining contacts and internally for the organisation of the exchange. This is why your formal application is to be made to the programme coordinator. This application together with your whole application folder must be submitted to the International Relations Office in December.
Subject/Module Coordinators are responsible for advising students about courses and for the evaluation of course content and course accreditation. So, if you have questions about course content, you should contact the module coordinators, and the programme co-ordinators if you have questions about formal aspects of the exchange.
Furthermore,it is the your degree course coordinators who are responsible for the grade conversions and course accreditation after your study abroad.
